Founded in 1998, AppraisalHub's mission
statement is rooted in three core principles: Experience,
Reliability and Trust. The company has developed the ideal model for
the appraisal industry, breaking new ground and turning heads.
Headquartered in beautiful San Francisco, AppraisalHub defines full
service as a complete on-line appraisal management company catering
to the entire California real estate market, as well as the
additional primary markets of Hawaii and Nevada.
AppraisalHub began as a residential appraisal firm serving the San
Francisco Bay Area. Within the first year the company expanded
coverage areas to include entire state of California. In 2000-01 an
interactive web site was built establishing AppraisalHub as the
pioneer of web based real estate valuations. The company is credited
with developing and delivering the first complete on-line
residential appraisal, in addition to developing the first web based
integrated operations platform. Customers are able to place
appraisal orders online, check the status of current orders and even
chat instantly with the operations division. To satisfy the growing
demands of the real estate market, AppraisalHub added Commercial
Property Valuations serving California in 2003, and in 2005 Hawaii
and Nevada were added to existing coverage areas serving our
residential clientele.
As a result of the company’s continual success, in 2005,
AppraisalHub completed the buyout of its venture partners and is now
held primarily by founders and a few private individuals. Today,
AppraisalHub continues to thrive in this highly competitive
marketplace by staying true to the original vision: Experience,
Reliability and Trust.
